- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and improve service delivery.
- Document technical procedures and maintain accurate records of all support tickets.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- 2+ years of experience in IT support, technical consulting, or customer service.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and remote collaboration tools (Zoom, Teams, etc.).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
