Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2 technical support to internal employees and clients via phone, email, and remote access.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network connectivity issues efficiently.
- Manage IT inventory and ensure all equipment is properly maintained and up to date.
- Document technical solutions and create user guides to improve self-service capabilities.
- Collaborate with the IT infrastructure team to implement security patches and updates.
- Conduct basic training sessions for new hardware or software deployments.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical support or help desk roles.
- Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS).
- CompTIA A+ certification preferred but not required for immediate hire.
- Problem-solving mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction.
