Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable sustainable technology solutions (carbon tracking, renewable energy systems, circular economy platforms)
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing ESG-compliant digital products with measurable environmental KPIs
- Drive partnerships with green tech startups and research institutions for innovation acceleration
- Establish and maintain sustainability reporting frameworks aligned with GRI and SASB standards
- Develop AI-powered optimization algorithms for resource efficiency across global operations
- Present sustainability roadmaps to C-suite executives and board stakeholders
- Mentor junior engineers on sustainable development practices and green coding standards
Qualifications
- 8+ years in tech leadership with proven track record in sustainability initiatives or green tech
- Expertise in ESG compliance frameworks (GRI, SASB, TCFD) and carbon accounting methodologies
- Strong background in full-stack development with proficiency in Python, React, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)
- Experience leading remote teams across multiple time zones with agile methodologies
- Certification in Sustainable Management (e.g., GRI, LEED, or equivalent) preferred
- Demonstrated success in launching B2B SaaS products with measurable environmental impact
- Advanced knowledge of circular economy principles and lifecycle assessment tools
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with executive communication abilities
