Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic definition of the company’s technical roadmap through 2026, identifying key emerging technologies and integration opportunities.
- Architect high-level system designs for complex, scalable solutions that align with long-term business goals.
- Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to translate strategic vision into actionable technical specifications.
- Evaluate and prototype emerging technologies (e.g., advanced AI, decentralized systems) to assess feasibility and impact.
- Establish best practices for code quality, system security, and scalability to support future growth.
- Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders to drive alignment and investment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, architecture, or technical management.
- Proven track record of leading technical roadmaps and strategic initiatives.
- Deep expertise in cloud architecture (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and distributed systems.
