Key Objectives:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 Strategic Roadmap.
- Identify and assess high-impact strategic initiatives for the next 3 years.
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align engineering, product, and sales teams.
- Monitor macroeconomic and technological trends to mitigate risk.
Responsibilities
- Design and articulate the Horizon 2026 strategic vision, ensuring alignment with corporate mission and KPIs.
- Conduct deep-dive market research to forecast industry shifts, competitor moves, and consumer behavior changes.
- Manage the lifecycle of strategic projects, from ideation and scoping to execution and review.
- Present complex strategic data and future scenarios to the Board of Directors and executive stakeholders.
- Build and mentor a high-performing strategic planning team.
- Identify acquisition or partnership opportunities that accelerate the 2026 roadmap.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in strategic planning, management consulting, or corporate strategy.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Engineering; Master’s degree (MBA) preferred.
- Proven track record of developing successful long-term roadmaps for Fortune 500 or high-growth tech companies.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize data into clear, actionable insights.
- Demonstrated experience leading change management initiatives in a complex organizational environment.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
