Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 innovation strategy, aligning with long-term business objectives and market trends
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) for commercial application
- Lead incubation of new ventures and business models through proof-of-concept to scaling
- Establish partnerships with research institutions, startups, and industry disruptors
- Drive cultural transformation to embed innovation across all organizational functions
- Present strategic vision to executive team and board with data-backed recommendations
- Manage innovation pipeline and allocate resources to high-impact initiatives
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic innovation, product development, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching disruptive technologies or business models
- Expertise in emerging tech trends and their market implications post-2025
- Executive presence with board-level presentation experience
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
- Strong network within Silicon Valley tech ecosystem and venture capital community
- Certification in innovation management (e.g., CDIO, PDMA) highly valued
