Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 innovation strategy, aligning with long-term business objectives and market disruption forecasts
- Lead cross-functional teams in identifying, evaluating, and launching breakthrough products and services targeting 2026 market needs
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis across AI, biotech, quantum computing, and emerging fields to inform R&D priorities
- Build and manage strategic partnerships with startups, research institutions, and industry disruptors
- Present innovation roadmaps and investment recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish KPIs and frameworks for measuring innovation portfolio success and ROI
- Mentor innovation teams and foster a culture of experimentation and calculated risk-taking
Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation management, product development, or strategic consulting with proven impact on future-oriented initiatives
- Expertise in emerging technology trends and their commercial applications (AI, Web3, sustainable tech)
- Track record of launching at least 3 market-defining products or services with $50M+ revenue impact
- Advanced degree in Business, Engineering, or Technology; MBA or PhD preferred
- Exceptional strategic thinking and data-driven decision-making skills
- Experience leading global cross-functional teams and managing complex stakeholder ecosystems
- Deep understanding of innovation methodologies (e.g., Lean Startup, Stage-Gate, Design Thinking)
- Strong presentation skills with ability to articulate complex futuristic concepts to diverse audiences
