Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Vision: Lead the creation of a comprehensive technological roadmap for the next three years, aligning with the company's long-term strategic goals.
- R&D Leadership: Spearhead research and development efforts in emerging technologies, including generative AI, edge computing, and biotechnology integration.
- Trend Analysis: Monitor global tech ecosystems to identify disruptive trends and opportunities for competitive advantage before they become mainstream.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with engineering, product, and design teams to translate high-level strategies into actionable technical roadmaps.
- Pilot Programs: Design and oversee proof-of-concept (PoC) initiatives to validate new technologies for future product integration.
- Stakeholder Communication: Present complex technical strategies to executive leadership and external stakeholders in a clear, compelling manner.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, product management, or engineering leadership roles, with at least 3 years in a strategic planning capacity.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field; Master’s degree or MBA is highly preferred.
- Tech Stack: Deep understanding of current and emerging technologies, including Machine Learning, Blockchain, and IoT ecosystems.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of successfully launching innovative products or initiatives that have scaled significantly.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex ideas to diverse audiences, from technical teams to C-suite executives.
- Adaptability: Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment and pivot strategies based on market feedback.
