Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends, technological disruptions, and societal shifts to forecast 2026+ market landscapes
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks and scenario-planning models for executive decision-making
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-ready innovation pathways
- Produce high-impact foresight reports and visualizations for board-level presentations
- Build and nurture a global network of futurists, academics, and industry thought leaders
- Champion emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their business applications
- Mentor junior analysts and drive continuous improvement in foresight methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Planning, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years of professional foresight, strategic planning, or innovation consulting experience
- Proven track record of developing and implementing scenario-planning frameworks
- Expertise in trend analysis across technology, economics, geopolitics, and social domains
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience delivering C-suite insights
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method, System Dynamics)
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or strategic impact
- Ability to synthesize complex information into compelling narratives
