- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-state scenarios
- Produce trend reports and strategic briefs for C-suite and board stakeholders
- Collaborate with R&D to prototype future-proof products and services
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Monitor geopolitical shifts and their impact on industry evolution
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, futurism, or innovation consulting
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Proven track record of translating foresight into market-leading initiatives
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Business Strategy, or related field
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional communication skills for executive presentations and stakeholder alignment
- Experience with futures research methodologies (Delphi, SWOT, PESTLE)
- Portfolio demonstrating successful 5+ year strategic implementations
