Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive technical roadmap for the 2026 timeframe, aligning business goals with emerging technology trends.
- Lead the architectural design of scalable systems, ensuring robustness and future-proofing against rapid technological shifts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI, machine learning, and cloud-native solutions into core business processes.
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (Web3, Quantum Readiness, Advanced AI) and provide strategic recommendations for adoption.
- Mentor senior engineering teams, fostering a culture of innovation, technical excellence, and continuous improvement.
- Communicate complex technical concepts to stakeholders and executives to secure buy-in for long-term strategic initiatives.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, product management, or technical architecture with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of strategic foresight and the ability to translate long-term visions into actionable technical roadmaps.
- Deep expertise in cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and modern architectural patterns.
- Strong command of emerging technologies, including Generative AI and predictive analytics.
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of articulating complex strategies to diverse audiences.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field is a plus.
