Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 Roadmap: Design and oversee the implementation of technical strategies specifically tailored for the 2026 market landscape and emerging technologies.
- AI System Optimization: Lead the development and deployment of advanced machine learning models, ensuring scalability and efficiency.
- R&D Leadership: Conduct in-depth research on futuristic tech trends, including generative AI and autonomous systems, to identify viable product opportunities.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Translate complex technical visions into actionable business strategies for executive leadership and product teams.
- Team Mentorship: Foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation, mentoring junior engineers and data scientists.
- Compliance & Ethics: Establish and enforce ethical guidelines for AI deployment to ensure responsible innovation.
Qualifications
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering, data science, or AI architecture.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strategic Vision: Deep understanding of current AI trends and the ability to forecast technological shifts leading up to 2026.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading technical teams and managing large-scale projects.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
