- Team Leadership & Mentorship: Cultivate a high-performance engineering culture, mentoring senior architects and junior developers alike.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Product, Design, and Executive leadership to translate business needs into robust technical solutions.
- Risk Management: Proactively identify technical debt and architectural risks to ensure business continuity.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior architectural or leadership role.
- Technical Mastery: Deep expertise in system design patterns, distributed systems, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Future-Forward Mindset: Proven track record of anticipating industry trends and implementing forward-looking solutions.
