Responsibilities
- Define and communicate the comprehensive 2026 Strategic Roadmap, aligning technology initiatives with business objectives.
- Lead the research and evaluation of emerging technologies (AI, Blockchain, Quantum Readiness) to identify high-value opportunities.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives and product leaders to ensure strategic alignment and resource allocation.
- Oversee the transition from pilot programs to full-scale deployment of 2026-ready infrastructure.
- Manage cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of innovation and rapid prototyping.
- Monitor market trends and competitive landscape to adjust strategic direction proactively.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, technology management, or business development, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven experience defining long-term technology roadmaps and strategic visions for large-scale organizations.
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies, specifically Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Future Tech trends.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable strategic insights.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Masterβs degree in Business Administration (MBA), Computer Science, or a related field is highly preferred.
