In this role, you won't just be maintaining current systems; you will be architecting the infrastructure required to support next-gen AI, Quantum computing readiness, and decentralized systems by 2026.
Responsibilities
- Lead the 2026 Roadmap: Define and execute the technical strategy to transition legacy systems to next-gen AI frameworks.
- R&D Leadership: Spearhead research into emerging technologies (LLMs, GenAI, Edge Computing) to ensure our products remain cutting-edge.
- System Architecture: Design scalable, secure, and ethical AI architectures that align with long-term business goals.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Bridge the gap between technical teams and C-suite executives to communicate complex technical visions.
- Innovation Labs: Prototype and validate futuristic concepts that could revolutionize our market position by 2026.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, AI, or Systems Architecture with a proven track record of leading large-scale projects.
- Technical Depth: Expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar ML frameworks; deep understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Strategic Vision: Demonstrated ability to think 5-10 years ahead and translate future trends into actionable technical roadmaps.
- Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field is preferred.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
