Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Strategic Vision: Architect and drive the long-term AI roadmap, ensuring alignment with company goals and emerging industry trends.
- Lead High-Impact Engineering: Mentor and lead a team of top-tier data scientists and ML engineers to build robust, scalable AI models.
- Model Architecture Design: Design and optimize complex neural network architectures for generative tasks, predictive analytics, and autonomous systems.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to translate technical roadmaps into user-centric products.
- Research & Innovation: Stay ahead of the curve on cutting-edge research papers (e.g., Transformer models, reinforcement learning) and implement novel solutions.
- Infrastructure & Scale: Oversee the deployment of AI models on cloud infrastructure, ensuring high availability, security, and performance.
- Ethical AI Governance: Establish frameworks for ethical AI usage, ensuring fairness, transparency, and compliance with regulatory standards.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering and 4+ years of specialized experience in designing and deploying AI/ML systems.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX. Strong understanding of Deep Learning principles and NLP.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading engineering teams and managing large-scale technical projects.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to solve complex, ambiguous problems and translate them into clear architectural solutions.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of presenting technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Tools: Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
