Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term technical roadmap for FutureCore’s 2026 AI initiatives.
- Architect scalable, fault-tolerant machine learning pipelines and predictive models.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into legacy systems.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation.
- Conduct feasibility studies for emerging technologies to ensure we are ahead of the curve.
- Manage vendor relationships for high-performance computing resources.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in software engineering or AI research, with at least 3 years in a leadership or architect role.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar ML frameworks.
- Proven track record of delivering complex, large-scale systems under tight deadlines.
- Strong understanding of cloud architectures (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and DevOps practices.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
