Responsibilities
- Define the long-term technical vision and architectural strategy for the 2026 roadmap, focusing on AI, Machine Learning, and scalable cloud infrastructure.
- Lead the design and implementation of prototype systems for emerging technologies, ensuring feasibility and scalability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, data scientists, and UX designers, to translate business goals into technical roadmaps.
- Identify and evaluate emerging tech trends (e.g., quantum computing, edge AI) and assess their potential impact on current product lines.
- Establish best practices for code quality, system architecture, and innovation management within the organization.
- Act as a thought leader and mentor for junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and experimentation.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, system engineering, or a related technical field.
- Strong background in Artificial Intelligence, Deep Learning, or distributed systems with a demonstrated interest in future technologies.
- Proven track record of leading innovation in high-growth environments or R&D organizations.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (PhD preferred).
