Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design processes from research to implementation for web and mobile products
- Develop user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes
- Conduct user research sessions and translate insights into actionable design recommendations
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to ensure seamless design implementation
- Maintain and evolve our design system to ensure consistency across products
- Present design concepts to stakeholders and iterate based on feedback
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to team-wide design standards
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in product design with a focus on B2B SaaS platforms
- Portfolio demonstrating exceptional visual design and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of UX principles, accessibility standards, and design systems
- Experience conducting user research and usability testing
- Ability to articulate design decisions and advocate for user needs
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills in cross-functional teams
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field
