Responsibilities
- Provide advanced technical troubleshooting and support for hardware, software, and network issues across the enterprise.
- Act as the primary point of contact for complex client escalations, resolving issues with a focus on speed and accuracy.
- Mentor and guide junior support staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Document detailed technical solutions and create knowledge base articles to streamline future support processes.
- Collaborate closely with the Product Development team to identify recurring issues and suggest long-term improvements.
- Manage ticket queues efficiently, ensuring SLA adherence and high customer satisfaction scores.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in technical support, help desk, or IT operations.
- Strong working knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and cloud-based solutions (AWS/Azure).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified Professional are highly preferred.
- Flexibility to start immediately and adapt to a fast-paced schedule.
