Responsibilities
- Provide advanced troubleshooting and technical support for complex hardware, software, and network issues.
- Manage and resolve high-priority customer escalations with a focus on rapid resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Document technical solutions, create knowledge base articles, and maintain up-to-date technical documentation.
- Collaborate with the engineering and product teams to identify recurring issues and improve system stability.
- Mentor junior support staff and conduct training sessions on new tools and procedures.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in technical support, IT help desk, or systems administration.
- Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems, office productivity software, and cloud services (AWS/Azure).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) are a plus.
