Responsibilities
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues for enterprise clients with high urgency.
- Provide exceptional technical guidance and training to junior support staff and end-users.
- Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of all technical interactions and solutions.
- Collaborate closely with the software development and engineering teams to escalate and resolve root cause issues.
- Monitor system performance and proactively identify potential service interruptions.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction and issue closure.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in technical support, IT help desk, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of networking, hardware, and operating systems (Windows, Linux, macOS).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts simply.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote or hybrid setting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent work experience.
- Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk, ServiceNow) is a plus.
