Responsibilities
- Lead Architectural Design: Design and oversee the end-to-end architecture for the 2026 AI platform, ensuring scalability, security, and high performance.
- Model Strategy: Define the roadmap for Large Language Model (LLM) integration, fine-tuning strategies, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor a team of data scientists and ML engineers, setting coding standards and architectural best practices.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously optimize inference latency and model efficiency to handle millions of concurrent transactions.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Translate complex technical concepts into actionable insights for product managers and executive stakeholders.
- Innovation: Research emerging AI paradigms relevant to the 2026 timeframe, such as agentic workflows and multimodal AI.
Qualifications
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering with at least 3 years in AI/ML architecture and machine learning operations (MLOps).
- Technical Stack: Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch or TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks (e.g., Kubernetes, Apache Spark).
- AI Expertise: Strong understanding of transformer architectures, vector databases, and prompt engineering methodologies.
- Cloud Proficiency: Extensive experience deploying large-scale systems on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Strategic Vision: Proven ability to define long-term technical roadmaps aligned with business objectives.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present technical strategies to diverse audiences.
