Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive technical audits to identify and resolve crawl errors, site speed issues, and indexing problems that hinder search performance.
- Optimize Core Web Vitals and page load speeds to ensure a seamless user experience and improve search rankings.
- Implement Schema Markup and structured data strategies to enhance rich snippets and visibility in SERPs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (developers, content creators, and designers) to execute on-page optimization and off-page link-building campaigns.
- Analyze complex datasets using Google Analytics 4 and Search Console to uncover growth opportunities and measure campaign ROI.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation regarding SEO best practices and site architecture guidelines.
- Stay ahead of algorithm updates and industry trends to ensure our strategies remain competitive and compliant.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of proven experience in technical SEO, with a demonstrated history of improving organic traffic and search visibility.
- Deep understanding of Google Search Central guidelines and how search algorithms function.
- Proficiency in auditing tools such as Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Google Search Console.
- Strong coding knowledge (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript) and the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with A/B testing frameworks (e.g., Optimizely, Google Optimize) to validate SEO hypotheses.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
