Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruiting for technical roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing.
- Utilize advanced Boolean search strategies and social networking to identify passive candidates.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates to meet immediate hiring manager needs.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to define job requirements and interview processes.
- Negotiate offers and manage the candidate experience from application to onboarding.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and compensation benchmarks in the Seattle tech market.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in technical recruiting or a related HR function.
- Proven track record of direct hire placements and successful closing rates.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycles and technical skill sets (Java, Python, AWS, etc.).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
