Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle technical recruitment for engineering, product, and sales roles.
- Utilize advanced sourcing strategies (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean Search, Social Media) to build a robust pipeline of candidates.
- Screen, interview, and present qualified candidates to hiring managers.
- Negotiate offers and manage the candidate experience from application to onboarding.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and talent needs.
- Track key recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, quality-of-hire) and optimize processes.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in technical recruiting or human resources.
- Proven track record of placing candidates in software development, IT, or technical roles.
- Strong understanding of the New York tech market and salary benchmarks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse or Lever.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.
