Responsibilities
- Source potential candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and professional networking events.
- Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified technical candidates.
- Partner with Account Managers to understand client technical requirements.
- Represent the company brand at career fairs and industry events.
- Utilize the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to update and track candidate progress.
- Assist in market research to identify emerging talent pools and competitor activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent professional experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and social media platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Highly motivated self-starter with a drive to exceed sales and placement targets.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new recruitment technologies and methodologies.
