Responsibilities
- Strategic Sourcing: Develop and execute comprehensive sourcing strategies to identify passive candidates in AI, Quantum Computing, and Future Tech sectors.
- Client Collaboration: Partner with Engineering Managers and CTOs to understand complex technical requirements and build long-term talent pipelines.
- End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full lifecycle of recruitment, from screening and interviewing to offer negotiation and closing top talent.
- Brand Advocacy: Represent NexGen Systems at tech conferences, hackathons, and university career fairs to enhance employer branding.
- Process Optimization: Continuously refine recruitment processes and metrics (KPIs) to improve hiring efficiency and quality of hire.
- Market Analysis: Stay ahead of industry trends and compensation benchmarks to ensure NexGen remains an employer of choice.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in technical recruiting, specifically within the Software Engineering, AI, or Future Tech industries.
- Tools: Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
- Sourcing Skills: Expertise in Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and social media sourcing techniques.
- Communication: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage technical stakeholders at all levels.
- Ownership: A results-driven mindset with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding hiring targets.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Human Resources, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
