Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment for Engineering, Data Science, and Product teams, from sourcing to offer negotiation.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline using creative sourcing strategies and advanced Boolean search techniques.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and cultural fit.
- Manage the end-to-end interview process, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
- Develop and execute employer branding strategies to attract top technical talent.
- Analyze recruiting metrics to optimize hiring funnels and reduce time-to-fill.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience, preferably in the sports, entertainment, or large-scale event management industry.
- Deep understanding of software development lifecycles and technical roles (Software Engineering, DevOps, Data, Cybersecurity).
- Proven track record of recruiting for high-volume or high-impact positions.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing tools (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, LinkedIn Recruiter).
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
