Responsibilities
- End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from identifying talent to closing offers, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
- Strategic Sourcing: Utilize advanced sourcing techniques, including Boolean search and social recruiting, to build robust talent pipelines for specialized technical roles.
- Collaboration: Partner closely with hiring managers to understand business needs, define role requirements, and create effective hiring strategies.
- Interview Management: Conduct comprehensive interviews, technical assessments, and debriefs to ensure the best cultural and technical fit.
- Market Intelligence: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitive landscapes to advise clients and candidates effectively.
- Onboarding Support: Facilitate a smooth transition for new hires, ensuring they are integrated successfully into the organization.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of experience in technical recruiting, preferably within the IT, Software Engineering, or Product sectors.
- Tech Stack Knowledge: Strong understanding of software development methodologies, programming languages, and cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, Python, Java).
- Sourcing Skills: Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and advanced sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, Ashby).
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Autonomy: Self-motivated individual who can manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
