Responsibilities
- Lead Strategic Architecture: Design and oversee the end-to-end technical architecture for the Project 2026 ecosystem, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
- Roadmap Execution: Translate high-level business goals into actionable technical roadmaps, managing milestones and delivery timelines.
- Team Mentorship: Foster a culture of technical excellence, mentoring senior engineers and conducting code reviews to maintain high standards.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as the primary technical liaison between product management, engineering, and executive leadership.
- Innovation Implementation: Research and integrate emerging technologies (AI, Cloud Native, Edge Computing) to drive competitive advantage.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a lead or architectural capacity.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in distributed systems, microservices, and modern cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects from conception to deployment.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex technical challenges.
