Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and oversee the implementation of complex, scalable software systems that align with our 2026 strategic vision.
- Technical Roadmap: Define long-term technology strategies and ensure they are executed efficiently by cross-functional teams.
- Code Review & Mentorship: Provide expert guidance to engineering teams, conducting rigorous code reviews and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Cloud Infrastructure: Lead the migration and optimization of our cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure) to ensure high availability and security.
- Innovation: Research and evaluate emerging technologies to drive innovation within the organization.
- Crisis Management: Lead technical initiatives during critical incidents and resolve complex architectural bottlenecks.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 10+ years of experience in software engineering and system architecture.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in distributed systems, microservices, and cloud-native architectures.
- Tools: Proficiency in Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading technical teams and managing large-scale projects.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
