- Define the 2026 Technology Roadmap: Collaborate with leadership to outline long-term technical strategies and infrastructure needs.

- Lead Innovation Initiatives: Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, Quantum Computing, Blockchain) for potential integration.
- Mentor Engineering Teams: Guide junior architects and developers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
- Manage Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into clear business value for non-technical stakeholders.
- Ensure Compliance & Security: Implement robust security protocols and ensure compliance with industry standards.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership or strategic role.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Strategic Vision: Demonstrated ability to think beyond current trends and plan for future technological shifts.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Cloud Architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP), Microservices, and Containerization (Kubernetes/Docker).
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex technical challenges with innovative solutions.
