Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technology trends (2025-2030 horizon) and develop strategic implementation frameworks
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions in AR/VR, decentralized systems, and autonomous tech
- Conduct market impact assessments and ROI projections for futuristic technologies
- Architect scalable infrastructure for quantum computing and AI integration
- Develop innovation roadmaps aligned with 2026 regulatory and ethical frameworks
- Partner with C-suite executives to align technology strategy with business growth objectives
- Represent InnovateNext at global tech summits and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership with proven impact on future-facing projects
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging fields: quantum computing, AGI, neuromorphic chips, or synthetic biology
- Track record of developing and executing multi-year technology roadmaps
- Strong background in ethical AI frameworks and responsible innovation practices
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to model complex systems and predict technological convergence points
- Experience securing $10M+ in R&D funding or venture capital for experimental technologies
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism preferred
