Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Vision: Lead the strategic planning and execution of the company's 2026 technological roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Architecture Leadership: Design and oversee the implementation of complex, scalable system architectures for future AI and data platforms.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and secure buy-in for high-level strategic initiatives.
- Talent Development: Mentor senior engineering teams and foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- R&D Integration: Identify emerging technologies (e.g., Quantum Computing, Generative AI) and integrate them into our current product ecosystem.
- Crisis Management: Provide technical leadership during critical project phases and resolve architectural bottlenecks.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering or systems architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership or strategic planning capacity.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of cloud infrastructure, distributed systems, and AI/ML architectures.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven ability to translate high-level business objectives into concrete technical roadmaps.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present to executive leadership.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Innovation: A passion for exploring emerging technologies and a track record of driving innovation within previous organizations.
