Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable AI infrastructure capable of handling next-generation data streams.
- Lead the research and implementation of 'Agentic AI' workflows that automate complex decision-making processes.
- Collaborate with product leaders to translate strategic 2026 visions into technical roadmaps.
- Ensure ethical AI standards and bias mitigation in all training data and model outputs.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Optimize model latency and accuracy for real-time applications.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning, with a focus on AI/ML.
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (preferred).
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern MLOps tooling.
- Deep understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), Transformers, and RAG architectures.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/K8s).
- Strong background in distributed systems and high-performance computing.
