Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain high-quality, scalable software applications.
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate requirements into technical specifications.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code using modern languages and frameworks.
- Conduct code reviews and perform rigorous testing to ensure product stability.
- Identify and troubleshoot complex technical issues and performance bottlenecks.
- Mentor junior developers and foster a culture of continuous learning.
- Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional software development experience.
- Proficiency in at least one major programming language (e.g., Python, Java, C#).
- Strong understanding of database management systems (SQL, MongoDB, etc.).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
