Responsibilities
- Execute critical system maintenance, patching, and updates during designated weekend shifts.
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues to minimize downtime and ensure business continuity.
- Collaborate with the Product and DevOps teams to implement new features and infrastructure improvements.
- Monitor system performance metrics, logs, and security protocols rigorously.
- Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance to junior developers.
- Document technical processes and create runbooks for incident response.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Software Engineering or DevOps.
- Proven experience working in Weekend Shift or 24/7 support environments.
- Strong proficiency in Python, Java, JavaScript, or C#.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
