Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable software systems using modern programming languages.
- Lead technical architecture discussions and provide strategic guidance to the engineering team.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code while conducting rigorous code reviews.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and designers to translate complex requirements into technical solutions.
- Mentor junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Identify and implement best practices to optimize application performance and ensure system reliability.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in software development, with a focus on React, Node.js, or Python.
- Strong proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Deep understanding of software architecture patterns (Microservices, Serverless) and data structures.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues under pressure.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and CI/CD pipelines.
