Responsibilities
- Architect & Develop: Design, develop, and deploy robust, scalable software solutions using modern web technologies.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and QA teams to deliver features that exceed user expectations.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code; conduct thorough code reviews to ensure best practices.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues and performance bottlenecks in production environments.
- Mentorship: Guide and mentor junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience in a full-time capacity.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Node.js, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on system architecture.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
