The Role:
As a Senior Software Engineer, you will design, develop, and maintain scalable software solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality code and drive technical innovation across our organization.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy robust, scalable software solutions using modern technologies.
- Lead code reviews and provide technical mentorship to junior developers.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle (SDLC), including requirements analysis and architecture design.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and optimize application performance.

- Ensure code quality, security, and compliance with industry standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C#.
- Strong experience with front-end frameworks (React, Angular, Vue.js).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Ability to commute to Detroit, MI, or work remotely from Pennsylvania.
