Responsibilities
- Architect and develop scalable, high-performance web applications using modern frameworks (React, Node.js).
- Lead the design and implementation of new features while maintaining code quality and best practices.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, QA) to define product requirements.
- Conduct thorough code reviews and mentor junior developers to foster a culture of continuous learning.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and optimize application performance for speed and scalability.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Ensure data security and compliance with industry standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- 5+ years of professional software development experience in a full-stack environment.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
