Responsibilities
- Design & Development: Architect and implement scalable, high-performance software solutions using modern technologies and best practices.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while conducting thorough code reviews to ensure high standards.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define features and drive project timelines.
- Troubleshooting: Debug complex technical issues and resolve performance bottlenecks to ensure seamless user experiences.
- Mentorship: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers, fostering a collaborative learning environment.
- Documentation: Create comprehensive technical documentation and API specifications to support team operations.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience in a full-time role.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, React, or Node.js.
- Database: Experience with SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and NoSQL databases.
- Cloud: Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities, strong communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced Agile environment.
