Responsibilities
- Design & Development: Architect and implement scalable software solutions using modern frameworks and best practices.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers and designers, to define, design, and ship new features.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while conducting thorough code reviews to ensure high standards.
- Optimization: Identify and fix performance bottlenecks to ensure high performance and responsiveness of applications.
- Mentorship: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers on the team to foster a culture of growth.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience in a full-time role.
- Technologies: Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, Node.js, or Python, with a strong understanding of web technologies.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Urgency: Ability to hit the ground running and start working effectively on day one.
