Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Vue, or Angular).
- Collaborate closely with product managers and designers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Lead code reviews, ensuring best practices, code quality, and adherence to architectural standards.
- Mentor junior developers, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
- Optimize application performance, latency, and throughput to ensure a seamless user experience.
- Participate in full SDLC, including requirement analysis, architecture planning, and post-launch support.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Strong proficiency in React or Node.js with deep understanding of RESTful APIs.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
- Familiarity with database technologies (SQL and NoSQL) including PostgreSQL and MongoDB.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a remote-first hybrid environment.
