Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks (React/Node.js).
- Collaborate closely with product managers and designers to translate requirements into technical specifications.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices and coding standards.
- Optimize application performance, latency, and scalability for a seamless user experience.
- Participate in code reviews, architectural planning, and technical decision-making processes.
- Debug and troubleshoot issues in development, staging, and production environments.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to the team's technical growth.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 5+ years of professional experience in Full Stack Web Development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Deep understanding of React.js and Node.js ecosystems.
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
