Responsibilities
- Lead architecture design and implementation of scalable cloud solutions
- Mentor 5+ developers through agile methodologies and code reviews
- Collaborate with product teams to translate requirements into technical specs
- Optimize system performance and ensure security best practices
- Drive CI/CD pipeline automation and DevOps initiatives
- Conduct technical interviews and guide talent acquisition
- Present technical roadmaps to executive stakeholders
Qualifications
- 8+ years in software development with 3+ years in leadership roles
- Expertise in AWS, Python, and microservices architecture
- Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time
- Strong problem-solving skills with system optimization experience
- Excellent communication with cross-functional teams
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
- Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and Terraform
- Agile/Scrum certification preferred
