Responsibilities
- Design and implement microservices architecture using AWS/GCP
- Mentor 3-5 junior engineers through code reviews and pair programming
- Lead CI/CD pipeline optimization for 99.99% uptime SLAs
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Conduct performance testing and system optimization
- Drive DevOps best practices with Kubernetes and Terraform
- Present technical solutions to C-level stakeholders
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in distributed systems development
- Expertise in Go, Python, or Java with strong CS fundamentals
- AWS/GCP certification or equivalent hands-on experience
- Proven track record of mentoring engineering teams
- Experience with event-driven architecture and message queues
- Strong problem-solving skills with complex system design
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
