Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable software solutions using modern technologies (React, Node.js).
- Collaborate closely with product managers and designers to define feature requirements and user stories.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and mentor junior developers to ensure high technical standards.
- Identify and resolve technical bottlenecks to optimize application performance and user experience.
- Maintain and improve the existing codebase with a focus on security, scalability, and clean architecture.
- Participate in agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, React, and modern CSS frameworks.
- Deep understanding of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and database management (SQL/NoSQL).
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent technical experience.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Experience with cloud services (AWS/Azure) is a plus.
