Responsibilities
- System Architecture: Design, develop, and maintain scalable software architectures for our logistics platforms.
- Code Quality: Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code while conducting thorough code reviews.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver high-quality features.
- Problem Solving: Identify technical bottlenecks and implement robust solutions to optimize system performance.
- Testing & Debugging: Develop comprehensive unit and integration tests to ensure software reliability and security.
- Team Leadership: Mentor junior developers and foster a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of professional software development experience.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in JavaScript, Python, Java, or C#. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) is highly preferred.
- Database Management: Strong knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases, including PostgreSQL and MongoDB.
- Problem Solving: Proven ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and propose effective resolutions.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for collaborating with diverse teams.
